Click the Left Mouse Button on the Anaheim, Boston, Pittsburgh, Los Angeles or Vancouver logos.
Bonus teams:
Type pioneer when the programmers picture appears on the credits screen. Allow the credits to complete, then play an exhibition game. The EA Sports 1 and EA Sports 2 teams will appear at the bottom of the team selection screen.
Cheat mode:
Hold [Shift] and type wagd when the game begins to enable cheat mode. Enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function.
