Press Up x2, Down x2, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A on controller two at the title screen.

Press R, Up, Down, L, X, B, Left, Right, B, A on controller two at the title screen.
Change referee into a dog
To change the referee into a hound dog, follow these instructions. Use controller two and press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A. Do this on the ISS Deluxe title screen and watch the linesman and referee chase the ball.
